Shipping Status
Shipping is currently only available for Canada.
Package Tracking
All orders come with tracking information. To track your order, please visit the Order Confirmation email you received after you placed the order. Within that email, you will be able to click the tracking links for those products to determine their shipping status. Delivery times vary by product as a result of individual production and shipping times. Times will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping Prices
Shipping prices are all given at cost and calculated based on order destination, contents, weight and size. Expedited shipping options may or may not be offered based on the product and destination. All available options will be present at checkout. Orders over $50 CAD (excluding taxes and donations to the Tim Hortons Foundation Camps) qualify for free shipping.
Store Currency
All prices on this site are given in CAD, unless otherwise specified. If you are paying by credit card in a currency other than CAD, you will be charged in your own currency at the exchange rate determined by your credit card provider.
Refund and Return Policy
We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of the initial purchase date except for the products listed below which are final sale. Refunds must be requested by contacting Guest Services at https://www.timhortons.ca/support within 30 days of your initial purchase. Items purchased online cannot be returned at any Tim Hortons locations or retail stores. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. The refund amount will be based on the actual amount paid, less shipping fees and applicable taxes on shipping. Guests are responsible for paying the cost of the return shipping. Please allow for up to 10 business days to receive a refund on your original payment method once your item has been received.
The following products are final sale and will not be accepted for returns:
- Consumable food and beverage products;
- Drinkware;
- National Coffee Day merch; and,
- Any other product marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order. If your order has not yet been fulfilled, please contact us and our team will be in touch.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges at this time.
Damaged Product or Wrong Order
If your order is damaged or you received a faulty product, you are eligible for either a refund or replacement of your product(s) (subject to product availability at the time of the request). All requests must be made within 30 days of the initial purchase date.
Product Not Received In Time
If your order does not arrive within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, we will consider the order lost-in-transit. We then will offer a full refund or a re-shipment (subject to product availability) of the lost-in-transit order
Incorrect Shipping Address
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please notify us of the requested change immediately. We are only able to make changes to your shipping address prior to shipping your order.
Incorrect Order
If you made a mistake in your order, please notify us of the requested change immediately as the production of your order often will begin on the same day you placed the order. We are only able to make changes to your order prior to production.
